Medi-Service-Germany is an initiative founded and led by Jutta Nold, who brings over 30 years of experience as a commercial employee, particularly in human resources. With a deep personal connection to Southern Africa, stemming from her extensive travels to the region since 1992, Jutta has a strong commitment to helping individuals build a future in Germany.
Supported by a team of highly qualified professionals in integration and care, Jutta's approach is characterized by empathy, openness, and a strong ethical foundation, aiming to create opportunities and foster meaningful connections.
The core mission of Medi-Service-Germany is to connect suitable applicants with employers in Germany, providing support through the complexities of the integration and bureaucratic processes. Jutta emphasizes the importance of personal commitment from the applicants, highlighting that while MSG can facilitate the journey, individuals must actively participate in their own success. She also underscores the necessity of learning German as a vital step towards securing employment in Germany.

To achieve the language certificate, we have an experienced German teacher in South Africa at our side.
Liesel Barnard began her teaching career in Johannesburg in 1984. She has taught German, English, French and Afrikaans at high schools, colleges and worldwide on an online platform in South Africa and Greece. She has also conducted official Cambridge IG2 oral exams for German and French. She is looking forward to working with our applicants.
